have you tried getting the other neighbors on your side? im sure they all dont appreciate the loud music either, if a group of you go to the landlord that would be better than going alone. more power in numbers...

That or tie them to a chair and sit them in front of their stereo. Then repeatedly turn their stereo on and off while sending an electric shock into them every time you turn it on. Do it long enough and they'll be afraid to turn their radio on because of the asociation they have of it with pain .................OK I'm just being silly now, time for me to go to bed.

So, the wife just called me at work. About 10 minutes after my wife came home the music came on.
My wife got sick of hearing it som got our daughter ready and went out side. About 15 minutes later she saw the neighbor come walking home from the store. I know she was the only one there cause the other one left this morning and her car isn't back yet.
She purposely turned it on then left.

On a side note, my Attorney is sending out a letter today to my Landlord that if this is stopped by the end of this month we will be out by Sept 1, and he can not collect future rent for breaking the lease or withhold the security deposit for that reason.
