So far, as of about 10 minutes ago, we have only the slightest dusting, but it'* starting to come down, but the forecast is saying only 1/2 inch at most. That'* 1/2 inch more than we've had on the ground at any given time since mid-late November. I personally could do without the snow, but then, we do need it for moisture in the spring when the ground starts thawing. It has been a VERY dry winter here so far, except for the 2 inches of rain about 8 days ago. Prior to that we had 3 total inches of precipitation (snow) since late October.

We're getting pounded here today, freezing rain started last night, supposed to get 10 mm (2.5") of freezing rain/sleet/ice pellets, then snow this afternoon when the colder air moves in. This is the first real blast of winter for southern Ontario....pow!

haha, still snowing, but slowing down....i really don't know how much is on the ground because its blowing and such. We'll see. But I do love it!!!

Well, heck. That ain't much. You can still see grass in a couple of them pics.

We got about 3 inches last night, and it'* like 5 degrees out there. Bit, it was pur powder. So other than having a bad back, and where I had to drive on it to get the car off the street, shovelling wasn't too bad.

and umm, the reason you can see the grass is because its really dry snow, and its blowin all over the damn place and drifting. At the time of the pics, there is about 3 inches on the ground officially... now theres about 5-6.
