Default Way to Go Remington

Recently I began cutting my own hair. Honestly, it looks good enough to be from a barber. The only problem was that the Remington haircut kit I inherited from my Grandpa only had 1/2" as the longest attachment comb. It was a little short for my taste but I couldn't find ANYWHERE online that sold a 3/4" length.
I emailed customer service at Remington less than a week ago to ask where I could buy one and today I checked my mailbox to find the new comb - sent to me for free. HOLY CRAP! I never expected them to send me one since I didn't even have to prove that I actually owned one of their kits. Talk about great customer service

-end happy rant

Isn't it great when a company treats their customers that well. Wahl is the same way. What'* even cooler is that if kept oiled properly, they will continue to work for years, and years, and years.... You just can't expect that from the cheap plastic junk you find at Wally-World.

It'* pretty easy if you just use the attachments. It'* hard to mess up too bad. The only thing that takes patience is cleaning up the back and sides without any attachments on. I've had good luck so far and it sure beats dishing out over 10 bucks every month or so.

My Remington shaver i got for xmas 1.5 years ago stopped cleaning in the base about 6 months ago. Lost a button (never use) on the shaver, and the sideburn trimmer stopped a month ago. Called them up, they told me send it in to this address, never gave them any info or anything, no account for hte problem.

Send it in "insured" so i'll get something back if I don't get a shaver back, and I get a new one. I got a new one, that'* has the new cleaning system, and i got a free remington Titanium Golf towel. All in less then 2 weeks.
