Default Warrantee Letter?

Well with all that hype about GMs "best domestic warrantees" I got a letter saying I had a limited time to extend mine (the one I have is good till 49k or 200 So I went ahead and gave em a call and got a good discount on a bumper to bumper warrantee that covers everything exept normal wear and tear. I pay $139 for 18 months to cover my bonnie till 75,000 miles or till 2011. With my trans going to fail sometime (I took it to the dealer after finding metal peices in the trans pan and they put a new valve on and probably put a thicker fluid in and called it fixed) I figured the 2k or so this will cost total will be better than the 3k or so the HD trans cost. And I can just pay the $100 deductible and get both headlamp assemblies replaced and my bumper with paint chipping off either repainted or replaced.

So if you get a letter consider taking GM up on their offer.
