I don't Know if this is local, or a stats thing or what. I recieved an email from a friend saying not to flash your Highbeams at people without thier lights on.
Heres why:
What the Gang does is tells the New gang member(granted he goes through with it ) to go drive around at night without lights on. Then first person that flashes there lights at the new guy will be tracked down and hurt. :?

Urban myth that turned into reality here. The gangs picked up on it from the myth. Happened about three years ago in Salem, OR. Haven't heard of it since.

very true.........but i think if you were flashing a "gangbangers" vehicle that didn't have their lights on, they wouldn't be on their feet?

My grandfather told me this about 10 years ago. I remeber it still today as if it was yesterday. Try to be nice and curtious, but someone just abuse that type of privilage. Same thing as trying to help a stranded motorist. As you pull up to help a stranger out, there COULD be about 2 or 3 guys waiting for you to get out the car and beat your *** and take your car. Nothing is to safe.

It dont matter if they have a scooter or muscle car, no one is going to out run a bullet. Gangs are pathetic. Small people that are lost and need to feel important
