I need a laptop, and would like to trade my PDA for one. It'* a Compaq iPaq H3835, and is dated 2002. It is in pretty damn good shape for being 6 years old. It comes with a hinged protective case that the iPaq slides into. The case has 2 small scratches on it, and the PDA itself only has a small scratch on the back. The battery has a nice, long life to it still.

It has a ARM SA1110 processor (I think 220MHz), 64k color display, 64MB ram, a SD card slot, and includes a Sync cradle with a AC adapter that plugs into the cradle, and directly into the iPaq, and has the PocketPC 2002 OS on it. I will throw in a 1GB SD card for extra space.

This is the famed iPaq that uses the optional expansion packs such as a PC card expansion, bluetooth expansion, and phone expansion. I see them on eBay alot, but are hard to come by.

I am looking to trade this for a laptop from the same era (to be fair) (800-1GHz P3 or AMD?). I would like it to be at least 800MHz, and have 512 ram, and at least a 20GB HDD.

I would say it is. The PDA is currently valued at $180-200 per what the local computer store says, and 800MHz laptops run about $200 on eBay.

I retract my statement then, I wish that I could have sold my Clie SJ-33 for that much
