So recently...some of you know, my electronics life has taken a dive as well as the car.

Computer died: Feb 9th
Cat knocked over a glass of water
iPod Died: Feb 10th
Car died on freeway, midnight: March 17th

So....

I called computer support back since it had been WAY over what they said was gonna be the time frame....and they said that my water damaged computer had over $2450 of damage to it, and that they were offering a replacement....a Toshiba A135-S4407, so I automatically thought, oh yeah, an old refurbished POS....so I ask him the terms.... A BRAND NEW MODEL. So I'm like woah. So I'm like, hell yah, I AUTHORIZE THAT!!!!! So that was wednesday....I will continue in the results below....

Then I called Apple about my iPod to see what I could do (didn't have time before) and so they said they would repair/replace it free of charge...so I'm like woot woot!, I called them...WEDNESDAY afternoon....I recieved a return box, THURSDAY morning.. , so then I called back for it to be picked up, and they came and got it, the same DAY. So that got sent out yesterday, we'll see what happens on that.

Now most of you know whats going on with the car, its not excellent, but hey, we'll see, since everything else is going up, maybe I'll win the lottery

SO, now back to the laptop....so I talked to the guy on wednesday and he said that it would be another 10 business days...and so I'm like, ok, its all good....so today, i'm just gettin a few things done and the door buzzer goes off, and they're like, its UPS with a delivery!, i'm like omg, no. freakin. way. so i go out, and sign for it, and he'* holding a big *** box. i'm like omg omg omg omg omg. brought it inside...and opened it up.

nothing is better than that new computer smell, it'* just like the new car scent. I wanted a Toshiba, but long story short, I ending up with my Gateway. I wonder how long will it be before pics of Bonnevilles get saved to the HD .

hah, well soon, it will have quite a few, it will be harbouring the photo catalog and i can finally update it. i am currently spending the day setting it all up and plan to start back on working on the catalog tomorrow morning and it will finally be updated again!
