Default VW Caravan?

So I just read that Volkswagen is going to market a revamped Chrysler minivan as the Routan. They redid the suspension, interior and the front and rear bumpers. Not sure what I think about the whole thing. To me, it'* still going to be a Dodge with a different hoodie.

Got a source for this? VW hasn't had much luck with their vans since the 80s. Sure they are good vehicles, they just don't sell worth beans for some reason.

That'* why they didn't waste the effort designing from scratch. It was just a lot easier to take an existing design and tweak it to their liking.

I hope like hell they don't use VW electronics to control the motor...what a nightmare that would be...
