Yeah, i've got that too, but its on my XP lappy and my Vista Lappy. My conclusion is that Microsoft sucks equally in its sleep stuff... or just all arround

you got that right. my IT classes don't teach with vista or Office 07 in mind so i'm spending a LOT of time helping students that are using them and not familar with them... It kind of sucks but its forcing me to learn a lot.

The problem with Vista is that it is so demanding. It takes a LOT of RAM to run, it doesn't have all the drivers ready, and it'* touchy to install. For those who have machines that it gets along with, it'* a terrific OS, with a lot of really nice toys and bells and whistles. For those it doesn't get along with, it'* a nightmare of various XXcolorXX-screens of death, permission-check boxes, incompatibilities, and frustration. And it cost a lot of money for all that frustration. I'll stick with XP until I either get a new machine(no time soon) or I'm forced to change by lack of new compatible software(also no time soon, the software companies realize that the market is slow to accept this one and won't shoot itself in the foot.).

Thats very true. Not just anyone can run vista. I built a new desktop about two weeks ago and i had to make sure all components where vista compatible.

Yeah, at least Leopard is an easy upgrade. Apple thought ahead. Go figure!

I am not a Vista Fan... But Thats whats on my Lappy... And it will stay there... But some of the stuff I use vista does not like....LMAO...

But overall I have had no glitches in the programming... I figuer in a couple of years Vista will be good to go for what ever we want it to do...
