How does one go about turning off the annoying "Cancel or Allow" warning every time I try to open a program on my sister-in-law'* new laptop?

it only happens the first time you open a program, deal with it, it is just letting you know that there is actually some security happening

it will go away once she opens each program once. A week for now once everything is installed, she will almost never see it again.

As far as i know there is no way to get rid of it
