I believe it is a Prestige package with those wheels. I believe they were the ones to replace the ones on dad'* 1997.
Notice the brown car has the heated seats with lumbar support, but the cheaper style of plastic-wood (dad'* 97 and most Park Ultra'* came with plastic-burlwood) for the dash trim?
