My 19th birthday is today. It'* kind of cool, it kind of sucks. I get twice as many gifts from her, but I end up paying for dinner and random gifts for her. This year dinner will be about $55.00 and I bought her a $200.00 leather jacket that I found on a mad sale for not anywhere near that price.
i wonder if tonight wouldnt be one of the best nights in the world to go to a bar. all those lonely ladies looking for some "singles awareness". just a suggestion.
as for myself, im going to file my taxes tonight then me and nancy are going to a friends house to play a new game he got. we might to go Othello'* restaurant, but then again, we might not (being valday and all).
we discussed valday yesterday, and ive been given a free pass for this valentines day and the next due to my uncertainty with finances. but she will expect "something" once i get out of school.
i really wish i had time today to go shopping. id like to get her a specific necklace (and not the one ive got in my car that ive been saving for a rainy day).

Yes, being single is very advantagous...you get more than one valentine present sometimes.
So for all the single guys out there...you didn't spend it alone...you had all of us with you.
I spent tonight with one of my most favorite guys...I got him a remote control helicopter and a remote control car. I also decorated the house with balloons (which he ended up putting in his shirt to make them look like big hooters). I even let him have his best friend over for dinner - they played playstation and took the car outside while I did the dishes. Awww...do I sound domesticated? Nope...
...my guy is my 12 yr old son...today is his bday.

tonight was amazing.
took the gf out to dinner, and.. came back here for awhile, somehow ended up looking at old picture albums of my family, went to her house.. her parents REALLY like me.. *they read the card i gave her, i wrote a damn book inside almost..* and .. i just found that out from her, that they REALLY like me.
so i guess.. things are looking up for me.
hang in there boys.
