Gee all this makes mine seem boring
Mine is a carryover from the days when you couldn't have more than 8 characters in your username (Hell, I was a beta tester for AOL from version 2.5 to version 5--hate to admit to that
My main project car is a 76 Datsun 280Z, and I've owned Z cars for the last 12 years--so I took the 'Z' and the first 3 letters of 'Datsun' and just stuck them after my name.

And just to make my life easier, I use the same username at all the various forums I go to, all my email accouns, etc

I....am......from the land of Texas. My city still has a lot of stuff that is more like a small town and not a city. So its like a big town. And because of the smelly cattle pens to the north of the city...it'* really funky at times....the name funky is also because of the violent nature of the east and north sides of the town. :? So to represent my city; I call myself Bigfunkytown .

Azwed comes from the keyboard combonation on the left hand. My roommate is Azswed so if you see that name just about anywhere on the net that is him. I just dropped the * cause i thought Azwed looks better.

Starting at A down to Z up to * then W then down to D.

Um...Zippy, what in the world were you driving at the time? Sounds like there is more to the story than that. Jail time? Suspended License? Or do you live in a state that basically doesn't care as long as you don't kill someone? Do tell us more!

Well, this happened in the fall of '78 . I just got my first Booth & Arrons Built engine into my camaro had it nicely broke in and decided to see what it would do. Now mind you I was young and dumb. There is a stretch of road north of me on M-24 towards the Oakland/ Lapeer county line about 5 miles long. Nice and straight no curves the kind a good race can happen on. Anyway the cop that got me said I should have gone a different way home because I passed him and he didn't even bother to try to catch me. Dummy me I turned around at the other end of this stretch and came back the same way . Needless to say as I stood in front of judge Shipper in 52nd district court,he informed me that his wheels would have fallen off of his mercury at that speed. This was my first driving offense and the judge gave me 6 points reckless, 320.00 fine, had to go to a driving course court sponsered, and a stern warning to never come back here again! I didn't.

Was the cop a county mounty or one of our fine boys in blue? Of the four tickets I have been the proud owner, all came from one of Michigan'* black and white county mounties. I have the upmost respect for both, but those sherif deputies can be pretty picky (60 in a 55?).
