David, please read my PM'* again. The Admins of this site have a job. And we do that job. You, and Deathrat are the only people taking any issue with this. If you'd like me or another Admin to post all the crap that happened, and seriously embarrass Jeffrey, you're on the wrong track. Many members that were online during his exit are well aware of what happened, and haven't had an issue with it.

Since you are grossly mis-informed, and didn't see what others saw, I'd suggest you drop it.

The only other member that has ever suggested 'public opinion' on bans is Deathrat. Think about it.

Lets look at a timeline here.

In light of the claims made by Turtle and his inaccurate dyno post,

1 Jeffery questioned the car BEFORE the images were posted.
2. Jeffery then resigns as Gearhead
3. Jeffery comes back and chooses to voice his opinion inappropriately against forum rules.
4. Jeff is banned for the flaming.

NOW that we have some kind of evidence that Turtle is BS'ing us its worth a second look. HOWEVER, we have to give John (turtle) the chance to come and explain himself.

Following that, I am open to looking at what Jeff has to say IF he chooses to be calm and collected about it.

Its process, its order of operations.

I'm going to take my Admin hat off for once.

Most people here KNOW why Jeffrey was banned because they watched the whole thing unfold.

Regardless of Turtle'* validity or lack of validity, Jeffrey broke forum rules. Period. Even if Turtle is proven to be a fraud, Jeffrey STILL broke forum rules. You are way off base, and nobody else is calling for his unbanning because they TRUST the Admins of this site, or personally witnessed all that crap when it happened.

If you post on this again, you will be banned, and you have been warned about mouthing off in public on this forum in the past. Again, as an Admin on another car forum, you should know to keep this topic offline. Show some maturity.

People are upset today, its been a tough day for us, however we have documented ALL of the posting by Jeffery regarding his departure, on that day when he left we had over 20 members online and didnt have a problem with his departure

The Admins, the Moderators, the Gearheads and the Site Owner are fully aware of what happened regarding Jeffery'* departure as well as Deathrats "stepping in" on this particular topic.

The fact remains, there was violation of forum rules, regardless of the subject matter, it was a violation. And sadly that has consequences. :?

Anyone that has any questions regarding any of the recent bans or revocation of vendor status may ask offline. Via PM or email. Contact one of the Admins.

This will not be publicly posted, but if you have concerns about how fairly the Admins of this site deal with issues like this, you have every right to know.

For the sake of explanation, EVERY post that may result in disciplinary action of ANY kind is not deleted. It gets MOVED to a private forum and preserved. We make no move on anything without this documentation, and NOTHING is kept from the rest of the Staff, including the Site Owner.

There can be no 'consipiracy' as Deathrat constantly alluded to, as ALL of us are fully aware of what'* going on at any given time.

Even though Jeffrey was banned, and Al lost Vendor status for PPF, they STILL deserve some privacy and respect, and these issues will NOT be discussed publicly.
