Default TV-Out Card??

I want to display my computer video on my tv, and I want it to be cheap. Anyone know the cheapest way to get your computer display onto the tv? I recently got a video card but didn't need tv-out capability at the time, wish I would have thought of it.

I've got a 32mb ATI Rage 128 AGP 2X card with *-video and composite TV-out. You could run dual vid cards and switch between the two, or run just this one. It'* four years old, but seemed to still get the job done when I last used it, Fall 2002. You want it?

you should be able to pick one up rather cheaply, check this site out too while your at it,
http://pricewatch.com/
Also unless you have a moniter TV text will be blurry and games will not run, I used to have my computer hooked up to my TV for DVD when my DVD player broke, and it was good for pics and movies but thats about it...
