Get a decal made, get Venom to make a mold in the shape of the outline of the decal with a cavity about 1/4" deep, fill the mold with acrylic, place the decal on top of the acrylic and cap it all off with a flat piece of wood. Clamp it, let it sit for 24 hours, and you will have the emblem you want.

That'* pretty much how they make them at the places that manufacture the OE emblems.
