Is this the first time you've noticed product placement in a movie? Espeially cars. They always seem to stick to the same brand, or family of brands, in every movie, or TV series

Quick hijack here: The Transporter was a big one, they used all GM vehicles and there was even a Bonneville in that one.

Now back on track, I would love to see Transformers, my brother and I grew up with Transformers. Andrew can't wait to see it, he got a nice new cool one for his unbirthday, one of the "good" guys, I am not sure which one mind you. Maybe for WCBF we should all go and keep track of all the GM vehicles we see ;)

Is it necessary to hear the words or just seeing it without sound is enough? I ask this because my theaters doesnt have subtitles for the deaf.

I watched Pirates of the Carib. 3 and was completely lost in the theater.

From what I am learning about the movie, the script is not the greatest, that the special effects are what make the movie, but then again, I have yet to see the movie.

I wish I could have been there when you saw Pirates, I could have signed for you ;)

The plots for these movies are never the greatest, at least according to the critics.

I personally believe to be a movie critic, you have the ability to enjoy a movie as just entertainment (instead of some moral packed social commentary) removed. This is one of those movies you go to to toally escape from reality for a couple of hours. Sit back, shut off the brain, shovel popcorn into your pie hole, and enjoy... ;)

I never listen to critics anymore, lordy they gave Lost in Translation 5 stars and it won Emmy's!!! Thats gotta be on of the worst movies EVER!!!

If you like action movies, you'll love this one. <nuf said>

Mos, I 100% agree with you. I do enjoy those movies that make you think and encourage people to think for themselves, but I also enjoy those movies that I can just sit back, relax and not have to pay close attention to.

I feel that some movie critics are just to harsh on a movie, now I know that the Fantastic Four 2 was not the greatest movie ever made, the script was not the best, but you have to take it for what it is, a comic book story. I didn't expect the movie to have Oscar winning performances, it is just supposed to be a family movie, and that is what it was.

Now I have to say that O'Neil and I watched the movie Crank the other night, and that was an AWFUL movie, OMG, it was terrible. I am sorry to those who liked it, I did not.

its just like everyone of michael bays movies, its a movie not a film. if you don't know the difference films are what critics like, movies are what normal people like.

We got back a little bit ago, freaking awesome movie! No plot worth speaking of, but who cares! Prime rocks!! :D
