Default Trade offer on my bonneville... Opinions?

Today, I was offered a straight trade for my bonneville, I was offered a 94 Infiniti Q45 with 129k miles, 4.5l V8 RWD, Black with Black leather interior, glass face of analog clock broken, exterior missing the 45 of the model designation, sunroof, all electrical works, premium sound, runs and drive well. The car is rated at 278 HP/292 Torque 0-60 6.7 seconds...
As far as my bonneville, it'* a 98 SSE, stock save for a K&N drop-in. 107k miles. (Shouldn't need to put specs here ) with the only problem being that the driver'* seat'* a bit worn, and there'* a couple scratches in the door well where the seat belt got caught in the door. The Q45 is priced at $3999. Carfax came out clean on the Q.
Does this sound like a good deal to anyone? From everything I've read, Q45s are about as reliable as our bonnevilles, except instead of a LIM problem, they have a fuel injector problem. Does anyone have any experience with them? Know any common problems? Any advice on them? I'd appreciate any help I could get for this.
Edit: Also, here'* the Autotrader link for the Q: Q45

HAH. find out how much those injectors cost. injectors are not as cheap as a UIM by comparison.

otherwise, some pics would help to advise properly.

Not a bad deal for you, interior will probably be nicer, last a lil longer, sourcing injectors can't be that hard, especially online. It'* got more scoot than your SSE, and in a few years it will be worth more since the SSE has more depreciation left in it.

Pics of the bonnie would help too, I guess... they're all in my for sale thread on my car here
edit: also, something to keep in mind, the bonnie was an ohio car since first sale, the q a california car since first sale.

Run, Run, Run, RUN. I almost bought one, then I joined a Infiniti forum, and was told of the common problems, and it changed my mind real quick. For starters, the injectors fail, and are expensive, and hard to replace, transmissions are unreliable, exhaust system is very costly to fix, and I can go on. Pretty much, run away from it.

Early years (89 or 90 or so) had some electrical and trans gremlins I hear, but I believe they should have been solved by 1994.

If you're looking to rid the Bonne (I know you've been trying to sell), might be good to go for it.

QUOTED - When you buy a Q of ANY year, plan on spending some cash on getting it right... Plan on changing every fluid in the car (brake, tranny, diff, oil, blinker etc, etc) and changing every wear part (shocks, all rubber suspension components, brakes, tires, spark plugs, filters and engine hoses) before you think about doing anything else.... Q45s are NOT a turnkey car, they are going to need some attention to make them reliable. Once theyre running right, they are very cheap to operate and keep running right. They are very desireable because compared with other luxury cars, very few components fail....

Check out http://www.q45.org for many other articles and things relating to Q45s.

FOR 90-96 Q45, read this- http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread?id=157236

First thing i thought of was the Nas song "If I ruled the World" from back in the day.
"If I ruled the world, and everything in it, sky'* the limit, I'd push a Q 45 Infinit. "

Guess that really doesn't help huh? I would probably consider it as long as you are comfortable with the above mentioned issues, especially if you are considering getting rid of the Bonne anyways.
