Default Took some video'* today, but...

EDIT: OOPS!!! Can an Admin/Mod move this to the lounge?

I'm having trouble getting the video'* to transfer from my new (used) digital camcorder. It'* a Sony DCR-TRV140 NTSC.
It has the USB cable, but my computer won't acknowledge it like it does when I hook the digi camera dock and/or external HD to the computer.

Do I need a special program?

You need the driver for the camera installed in order for the computer to see it.
Go to sony support for an updated driver.

Went through my owners manual and found I need Pixela Imagemixer 1.0 or better.

Anyone have a Pixela Imagemixer cd they'd be willing to part with?
