Default Too much coffee

I think I hit my limit today.

I can't recall most of what happened at work.

yeah....i can only take one cup of Jet A in the morning. I grind it into like espresso muck and then put it in a french press Even milk doesn't change the color. Its so strong...it probably should have a viscosity rating.

CAFFEINE!

That caffeine buzz feels good for a little while, but it eventually runs out and leaves you lower than where you started. Caffeinated soda pop is worse, it makes you fat and lazy.
How many of you coffee tweakers stay up too late? Vicious cycle, stay up late because you drank too much caffeine, don't get enough sleep so you hit the caffeine first thing, repeat. You'd all feel much better if you quit the caffeine and went to bed at a decent hour. And just think how much you could do to your cars with the money you'd save.

Keurig K-cup machine at work here. It makes it easy to have a few cups but I very rarely have more than 2. I don't get any kind of caffeine buzz though. Energy drinks are worse for you than coffee IMO. One or two cups of coffee in the morning can actually be a good thing. Not if they're 24 oz. cups though.
