Default Tonight'* cooking tip!

Hamburger Helper Stroganoff mix.

Substitute the Milk portion for a brick of cream cheese and additional 1/2 cup of water.

Substitute the ground beef portion for mild italian sausage (ground, from the meat counter).

Simply FANTASTIC. I have died and gone to heaven. I think I'll eat until my airbed pops from the weight. Dog gets NO leftovers in the morning.

I would have substituted sour cream, but I don't have any.

It was used up making more salmon dip. :P
