Time warp?

I noticed a duplicate post by our illustrious leader, Bill in this thread:

I was gonna delete one before I noticed the time on the second predated the first by a minute.

I looked at the posts and figured I see nothing wrong there, I mean the first post is at 10:28 and the second post was at 22:27

Until I realized that some people aren't on the 24 hour clock, LOL.
