I don't know what happened here now or with who, but from my past experiences and from what I've heard of others, Al is hardly one to be calling people immature. Funny how we are all only hearing the one side of the story.
It is my well educated belief that any problems people get with others they've caused for themselves and well deserve it 98% of the time.
Al won't be getting any sympathy or siding from me as was probably the point of this thread. Glad you all fed into it.

Al, you have done this a couple times before. Hell, you even whined once that you were thinking about quitting BA. It is getting tiring.

You and I have had our differences in the past, and you will notice that neither of us have ever poked each other with a stick on this forum. That proves it is possible for different-minded people to coexist.

Either stay or go...your choice. Maybe your next mod should be some thicker skin.

A few words before the lock.

The post Al and Mike are referring to was misread by some. It seemed to some that he was accusing this forum of copying his forum again, just like last week in suggestions. Based on complaints I received, I asked Al to edit his post for clarity.

Al decided to stand his ground, and leave the post unedited. I left it that way. There are two things I don't like doing here. #1 is banning people. #2 is editing their posts. If that becomes necessary, I ask them to edit them first so people don't get pissed. I do the mildest thing I can do to keep the peace here. It'* not an easy line to walk sometimes.

Al is to be respected for his own decision. If he chooses to leave (it was solely his choice) rather than edit a post or tolerate people misinterpreting it, then he can.

If any of you have a problem with the way I handled this, please tell me. Either on Email, YM, or PM.

Jeff is to be commended for the peaceful forum he created, and I'll do my best, as will the other Admin and Moderators to see that it stays that way. In light of this last comment, this thread is now LOCKED, and there will be no further publicly posted rivalry between the 2 forums.
