Default Time limits for BC

I'm thinking some members of the BC need a time limit. Or at least for it to stop working for them after a certain hour.

Today I'm at work in a meeting and I look over at another local Cfoote (yeah..we are in the same meeting) and I realize. He looks like he was up too late on BC. Hey... he didn't shave.

I know he requires his rest (anyone who ever called before noon knows that one) Kid couldn't even shave today. So can we make his BC turn off after certain hours so he sleeps enough?
