That'* the problem with older european cars, it costs an arm and a leg to repair them. My MBZ dealer charges $99/hr labor, and that'* actually cheap, when I lived in NJ it was $125/hr. Parts are a whole other story...OEM parts are rediculous and aftermarket ones are usually garbage. My 03 has a 100k 10yr factory bumper to bumper warranty. As soon as I hit 95K I'm selling it...no way am I going to repair the vehicle if anything substantial goes wrong.

No offense, but european cars are definantely for the rich, or people that make over 120k a year, that'* for sure. i guess i should have listened to the -
"If you don't have the money to fix, and keep it up, don't buy it and/or sell it"
I was told on bimmerforums.com to expect the car to cost me about a grand a year to fix it.

I guess I haven't been up to speed on this one
What all have you replaced on it, and what else needs to be done to it to get it up and running well?
Just curious, but may be more than curious later

Fair enough
Just make sure you tell the buyer everything that needs done before you sell, that way he can avoid the huge headaches you've had. What goes around comes around
