Property damage holds way less value in courts and in law then injuring a person.
The abuse of the animal, sadly gonna be a misdemeaour, the propery damage, that will be reckless and dangerous driving, and he will be cited for DUI.
5 years...tops, then I bet that he will never drive again..

You're right Jim.... he probably won't serve much (if any) time at all.
He'll never be "allowed" to drive again, but sadly he will be behind the wheel of a car again. :(
