Awesome, finally a car that runs on dogs!

I'm not trying to argue, I'm just saying that the immediate effect of the electric car is not why people get into the technology. It'* the fact that we have to find alternatives. All the automakers using alternatives to fossil fuels know they aren't doing anything good yet, but creating the technology, taking that step forward, and putting these methods into production is what is important. It'* better we develop an electric car now so that we can advance our battery technology in the future.

That said, I'd rather deal with the small weekly cost of fuel than a huuuuuge battery bill every year or so.

Definitely would do better with a small GASOLINE engine. Hell, it would get about 100 mpg.

Hell, with only 40 hp? You'd only need like an 800cc engine for that. Heck, put something bigger in there, give it like 100 and it would be fast AND efficent.
