if you havent already, i would suggest asking EVERYBODY you know if they know of any place hiring or if their work is hiring, 3 out of my 4 jobs have all been from referrals from friends. or just go door to door of pretty much everyplace that would have any employees and ask if they are hiring, just my $.02

Yeah thats basically what I do now. Since I stopped relying on those temp agencies.
