the 5.3 has a huge aftermarket too.. It'* a truck engine afterall.

This is a 5.3 engine with Displacement on demand..and i believe it'* the same basic block as the motors they put in the burbans, and silverados.

The Bonneville GXP is a 4.6 Northstar. The GP GXP is the 5.3.

Thanks I know what my GXP engine is I was referring to the GP GXP whoops.

The 5.3 used in the trucks used to be a different engine. Both are 5.3 thats all they have in common
