Tech support rant
I was on the phone for about a grand total of almost 3 hours today between sony,linksys back to sony.... then Lynksys , only to have each company blame the other... finally some extensive searching on the internet I FIXED THE PROBLEM MYSELF.....

I have had nightmare tech support stories like that before too.
Verizon once told me to go to Wal Mart and by a long Ethernet cord for my "wireless" internet connection.
