Default tar removing

ok i got a little tar on the bottom of my new shoes and found a better deal on better shoes and tried returning them and they said no. any chemicals or anythign thats good on removing tar?

i remember i got tar on my shoes from the parking lot i tried doign this with my bonnie... i guess its pay back...hahah
