Superstitious??
Well, I was going to play a "Guess who'* birthday it is" but nobody would have ever guessed it since its my son'* and its never been posted.
Today, Friday April the 13th 2007 is my sons 13th birthday!!
He wanted to go to a dance tonight, but hes going to be safely delivered to his grandmother'* house instead.
(Besides, its not like he earned the privelage to even go to the dance)

My son just became a teenager, although he didnt have to turn 13 to act like one. lol
My son was my 21st Bday gift. he was just an infant when I turned 21.
I definately would let him go, and I have in the past, but theres allot more to it. Theres this trouble maker kid that my son has been having problems with.
This kid is also attending the dance. Long story short, he was going to jump my son with a few friends (Last time they faught, my son punched him in the face a few times and ended it) so now this kid needs a few friends to jump in
I just dont want anything to happen to my son.
Nowadays these kids dont use fists anymore. Its a knife, a gun, a bat etc.

No biggie cheetah. I know you didnt know the entire story. Its all good. But I usually try to tell my son not to start fights, just to deffend himself if someone should start one with him. It never really ends and eventually someone either gets hurt very badly or dies as a result of "getting even"
Back in the day when I was my sons age, I would fight, win/lose and it would be over. we would make friends again and that was the last of it.
