Superman Returns
Any one else see it? If I missed the thread sorry.
Just saw it today, went to the Imax in Natick, Mass. Was dissapointed in there only being 4 scenes in 3D :? but it was still cool, even if the last scene was just him flying around before the end credits

i didnt like it, it was long, boring, there wasnt any 'battle' persay, and i cant recall superman throwing a single punch in the whole movie, he just flew around really fast and lifted heavy things

However, I will be seeing the new Superman movie this coming weekend with my wife, albeit on a 'regular' screen.
News media rumors say that Superman instead of coming out the phone booth...he came out the closet...along with Batwoman...

The Imax screen I sawa it on was huge but the seating was set up so that no matter how close you were you could see the whole thing no problem, I'd go to an Imax again to see a Hollywood blockbuster. We bought our tickets online a week in advance though, good thing too because when we got there EVERY showing was sold out.
As for the movie, yeah, I was dissapointed in the lack of action. But then I've always preferred Batman over Superman. But all in all it was a fun way to spend a couple hours being mindlessly entertained. Plus when it involves hanging out with a couple of fun girls I really wouldn't care what we saw

and Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor was the best part of the film.
