Suggestions? EXPLORER Leaf spring help!
Ok, i can't get these bolts out worth a damn. I have pounded and jimmied all I can think of. Right now I'm WD-40ing the **** outta it. Also tried to take the pressure off the leaf spring and no luck...

Start by taking off the spare tire. Then, what I'd do is use PB Blaster or Aerokroil instead of WD40. WD evaporates faster than you can use it! Once well oiled with PB, I'd snap some vice grips on the non-threaded shaft of the bolt, at the head, then tap on the vice grips with a hammer. Work the vice grips in an up and down motion so the sleeve that the bolt slides through gets oiled, too. If the bolt gets too marred from the vice grips, pick up a fresh one.
