Ruination is great beer, but not the strongest IPA i have had.. its still really drinkable.

The XI Anniversary ale is my god.



PS.. I just got my ingredients for an Imperial Stout.. should start a brewin by the end of the week

Still waiting for the rest of my order, then I'm stirring the pot too.

I just wanted to get these bottles out of the way early. It'* very difficult to get a bottle brush in and out of the necks (the brush I have, anyway), and I'm having surgery on my hand in the near future. I can brew left-handed, but cleaning bottles is another story.

cleaning the bottles is definately the most painful part of brewing.

Generally I put a couple tablespoons of one-step cleanser into a sink full of hot water and let the bottles soak for 10-15min.. after they sit for a few min they clean up real easy..

If you like ruination, you have to try a bottle of Old Rasputin, it'* a really good Russian Imperial Stout.
