Well I normally could care less about winter storms up North, but this one going on in the Dakotas/Minnesota is actually making me mad.

My Best Man for the wedding was supposed to fly in at Noon down here today...well all the flights out of his little airport in the middle of nowhere have been canceled due to blizzard conditions. They are telling him the earliest they can get him here is about 11:45 PM Thursday Night...Well we had tomorrow all planned out for all of us guys to have a "guys" day/Bachelor party starting off with golfing, nice dinner, hit some bars up at night, etc.. Looks like that might not be happening now... also have My Parents, Sister, and about 10 other family members flying out today so hopefully since they are flying out of much bigger airports they don't get delayed too much, if at all.

Another one of my buddies in the wedding is flying out of Milwaukee which shouldn't have any delays today, but he acciddentally booked his flight to the wrong airport down here lol, so now he is going to be arriving at 9:30 tonight, about 2 hours away from where I am.

Oh the joys of the week before a wedding...

On the bright side for them, I am sure they will be glad to get here...Nothing but blue skies, sunshine, and Mid 80'*

Ditto on the hoping things turn out ok. We've had some nasty snow lately, right after spring was supposed to be here. We got one day of spring, and now back to winter. Forecast is for about 10" today through tomorrow morning. Figures I have today off, and work early tomorrow. Enough of the white crap already....

The thing is he would even drive to the other nearest major airport if they would give him a flight out of there, but he said it is 5 hours away..and it would take him about 10 hours to get there the way the roads are right now.

Damn Snow! We are supposed to be sitting poolside, drinking beers right now.

Hope it all works out. We got the edge of it here. On vacation so I'm not leaving the resort.

Well everyone is on their way, I have 4 real time flight tracking windows open so I can monitor where they are all at and when they will be getting in so I can determine when I need to be at the airport.

My best man was able to get out of ND and into Minneapolis, but doesn't leave there until 8:30 central time...and is scheduled to land here around 1am eastern. Gonna be a late night, but at least everyone is getting here today (well almost) and safe.

These winter that won' END!!!. Good luck w/ the wedding. It has now dumped about a foot on us and still falling on and off. I shoveled a path to my motorcycle shed and fired it up last Friday. Looks like it'* not coming out real soon.

Yah the winter storms in ND can get real bad . My parents said it was on the way , they were blaming me for sending it there way . I ve been doing it all winter . best wishes on the wedding . flight must of been out of Fargo.
