ha oh wow nice point there. some people just dont think! && a comment about the driving & talking, they say it distracts people & all but idk if i'm crazy or what but i swear that i become more alert & a better driver when i'm on the phone but idk i may just think that lol

I can drive the same whether or not I'm on the phone. I don't even use a handfree all the time. Usually the only time I do is when driving in heavy traffic on a 10 lane.

yes but the point they are trying to make is to stop the distraction while driving. Soon we will not be able to eat, drink, smoke, talk to other passengers, sing.....etc in the car. Its getting a little crazy but once the penalties gets to be more severe possibly people would take it more serious.

I was hit by a woman talking on her cell phone and using her navigation. I was a stop and she "never seen me." Had to laugh........everyone else did. Now I have to have 2 discs replaced and fusion in my back........all thanks to someone on a cell phone.

She was also using her navigation, so she wasn't looking. Talking on the phone doesn't take away your ability to pay attention or see. Looking at your navigation, texting, messing with the radio, etc....does.
