Fix ya' self some toast(nice and brown),slap some peanut butter on there(crunchy and thick) and then top it with a few drops of.....................
ketchup!!!!!!!(just 4 or 6 drops)

pineapple.. I eat like 7 cans per week.. [usually two a day, till I run out], and then after a three weeks or so, I get sick of them, then in another three weeks, I can't live without them. mmm, pineapple.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch....I always feel that I can eat a whole box of it when I sit down....Then I get about done with the first bowl and either start to feel sick or get a sugar high from hell.
