Default Started my CDL course.

Started my trucking school on Monday, got my permit today.
Taking combos, air brakes, HAZMAT, tankers, and doubles/triples for endorsements.
Aced the tankers test and got a 92% on HAZMAT.
Should graduate and get my license on the 14th of January.
Looking at doing long-haul for the first year, make as much money as I can and pay off my debts, then I'll figure out whether I want to go to regional and have more home-time.

I'm doing the same thing.....Except got my permit yesterday nad getting the license on wednessday. So you're going for Class A? Have fun with the doubles and triples....Those don't look too fun. I'll get the rest of my endorsements as I need them. What did you get on your general knowledge, pre trip, air brake and combo test?? 102 questions in all here in MN for the Class A permit.....got 99 out of a 102 total.....GOOD LUCK and hope to see ya on the road someday after I turn 21! I gotta stay in MN for a few months lol

Wow that was a good article.....Looks like we're gettin into a pretty demanding career choice. Company i'm gettin hired on it this month wants me to make 2 long hauls a month, which is From St. Paul, MN. To Florida, California and back to MN at $.46 per mile.

Sounds good to me...Just need to get to June so I can be 21 and do that...

I always thought it would be cool to be a truck driver. Hmmmm. I could do that for a change of pace. I've always known I can drive anything if I put my mind to it.
