well, they do have a ceramic drill bits to drill through the tile without cracking it.
you will need to find a fill of some sort to fill in the holes though.
or cover it with an area rug.

I don't know where it came from, but I found some baby powder.. It didn't do much except make me sneeze. 
I think the squeak got a little quieter, but it'* still there, and I'm still sneezing.

We got some squeaky floor at our house, too. Right in front of the bedroom and the bathroom. The bad part is, they are both right above the finished part of the basement, so I can't get to 'em.
At our old place, I did the drill down method to cure some squeaks (floors were much older and already pretty scarred up). Worked like a charm. But, instead of wood filler, I got some dowel and cut plugs from it.
