I've seen those signs. I wonder how effective they really are at getting people to slow down. Unless that heilcopter was there I think it'* a joke

That has been around for a while. Do they use radar? The last I hear they had stripes painted across the road and time how long it took to go from one to another. With a little calculation it comes out to be pretty precise.

they got signs like that all over Miller county, arkansas, it'* just too bad the county sherriff doesn't own any aircraft, and employs no pilots...
