Some of the bacteria that lives in us is affected by the phages. I believe herpes 1can be affected by them. Plus the idea that a phage can mess with the DNA of a bacteria is scarry. I know this is far fetched. But they learn or adapt. They are extreamly virolent little farts. So they change the bacteria and it adapts or changes the way it lives in us and then we have to combat it differently. Yes there is no need to run into the streets screaming that phages are attacking. I just found them facinating. Incredible actually.

I just learned about Fungi this evening. My head is actually hurting. Getting all this in during a summer semester is hard stuff.

I took Microbiology in the spring semester. I speak from experience when I say FUNGI SUCK! They really aren't interesting and are kinda complex.
