I have bever heard of whiskey going bad. I get a bottle of Crown Royal from my brother at christmas time, and it usually lasts the better part of the year. I have some in the freezer right now, and I tasted it with some pepsi, and it tastes fine to me.

As a matter of fact, the only times I have ever experienced liquor going bad, is when I drink too much of it, and the next morning...my stomach feels like something went bad in it. probably the whiskey.

Only way I can think of hard booze going bad overnight is if it was already bad. Besides whats the shelf life of liquor? I know beer doesnt stay all good forever, but booze?

No no no.... I think you've got it all wrong....

I think it only applies if you LEAVE alcohol overnight at your friends place, like if you forget some there and go back to get it the next day, or something like that.... because the next morning the bottles tend to be empty.

Weird... but true....

Straitor, do you mean like open will go bad? Or closed? Closed won't, open may.

The store story is the best explaination to this one, what about stores who have it sit for several months.
