I guess i have to ask this lol, obviously anyone that knows me knows i am not looking for attention or anything butt..... why wasnt my name metioned about this anywhere. I do remember myself starting this months ago lol. I sent pm'* to many people and got the idea floating. I also convinced Wren it was a good idea and we could use PM how DOn couldnt see it. Also that because Don was an Admin and we had got a couple lately people wouldnt think it was fishy. Wren agreed and said yes Don was a great idea and what not. Sorry for bringing it up but just wanted to lay it out there

There are many parts of the equation:

1. The intended victim. Who are they, and what have they done?
2. The TIMING. Is it a dire need? Or maybe not yet?
3. Don told me not to. Your proposal to PIF Don wasn't the only one that was delayed until the time was right. I have a responsibility to the forum, but also had a pre-arranged agreement with Don that it wouldn't ever happen.

I had to decide when the time was right to violate our agreement.

I know, i was just stating that it had been in the works for alot longer then it looks like. I started sending pm'* out months ago, when i first contacted you about it.
