I just got another call from this guy. He is very interested and they are going to come down again tomorrow to make an offer. fingers crossed!

That'* very encouraging! To have already seen it once and be willing to make another 2 hour drive shows some genuine interest. Sounds to me like they want it. Hope everything falls into place for you!

Just don't get your hopes up. I've had people drive from Columbus to here (100 miles) to look at a car then lowball me badly. I had a guy come look at my Fiero I had for sale for $1200, and he lowballed me asking $300. He then proceeded to argue with me saying that it was my fault that he wasted his gas even though I said not to lowball me or don't bother coming.
Just remember, always take in thought that they may show up with $2000 cash and try to lowball you.
