It would be hard to believe except of the locale. They didn't come up with "only in NY" for nothing. To many Judges are looking to cause contreversy these days and make names for themselves. Especially on the State Supreme and Federal Circuit level. They look at cases without regard to people/circumstances and only want to make theatrics and cause legal precedence to abuse power and cause legal arguments.
