Default So I was Thinking... (Law related)

I'm just putting this out here. I lost my old Red '92 SSEi last October. Now I sign a thing saying I'll release the car to the yard within 2 weeks. Now my old car is somewhere in the lower-middle Wisconsin area. The thing is. I never gave them the title (its sitting on a shelf right next to me). Plus, Isn't there some kind of rule/regulation saying minors can't enter into a contract? If so, am I still the legal owner of the car and able to get it back somehow if I wanted to? It would be nice if I could have it back.

Well, I am not a lawyer. But, I do work for one. I am a paralegal. WIth some more info, I'd be happy to try to give you a decent answer.

Theres no point going forward, those yards charge like 100/day storage fee just to be sure to get the car. They also can file for an abandoned vehicle title since its been more than 6 months. I'm not sure why they even bothered contacting you; did you leave something personal/valuable in the car?

That is as good point about the storage fees. Don't think you can get out of that one.
