The only thing he has the "right" to IMO is a speedy trial and an even speedier execution

IMO he lost all his rights when he put his hands on a child.. Imo all child sex offenders should be shot immediately after being found guilty in a way they murder that child the minute they touch them.. too bad people like him are killing our world

Yeah he has a right. A right arm to stick the needle in.

Hell I'd save the state money and kill him myself with a bat < R rated warning

Well, think about this; he may not get to represent himself if the mental evaluation doesn't come up in his favor, if it does, then he stands very little chance of presenting a convincing case, and by pushing this, he'* guaranteed himself 45 days in a correctional mental institution, which are a hundred times worse than the worst jail in the country...

I think jail would be pretty rough on him as well. I don't think he would be treated well by the other inmates if you know what I mean.

And that is a bad thing? I have no problem putting him in the general population, you touch a child, you have to die, no ifs, ands, or buts.

I was a correctional officer at one time and in "most" states,he'll probably never see general population. There would be all kinds of grounds for lawsuits to be filed by the family.

I know you are right beast, but still, it just goes to show you that the rights of the accused outweigh the rights of the victims. It would certainly save the tax payers a lot of money
