No I bought it that way. Plus I am currently not driving. The engine is complete except for the intake. The snow got in from the underside when we had our big snow tuesday, the 40mph winds blew all that snow under the car and up into the engine compartment. Crazy.

I would be worried that rain doesnt soak the engine bay when your on the road.
