I gotta go to Oswego tomorrow.... shovel off my father in-laws roof :(
My boat sits in his yard....somewhere under all that snow.

Ah I love it.
Toronto is far enough west of Lake Huron not to get dumped on, and situated on the east side of Lake Ontario....the good side end of the prevailing wind.
It may be cold, but damn, I dont need that white stuff thank you very much.
Warm Great Lake waters and cold arctic air = good skiing in the snowbelt and western New York essentially shut down

i'm about 75 miles further down the road than jim so i'm in the same situation.
i'd like to say on behalf of all ontarioans to you new yorkers sorry for the weather we've been sending south of the lake.....but after looking at those pictures......FORGET IT, BETTER YOU GUYS THAN US!
although we have our issues up here. i have a beautiful gray bonneville sitting out in the parking lot right now that is solid white from salt cause its been so cold i'm scared to wash it for fear i'll be able to enter it in the local ice sculpture contest! at least snow doesn't eat your car!
